AtlasCARE — Batumi. Specialties: IVF, ICSI, Egg donation, PGT, Surrogacy. Independent ratings and reputation have not yet been verified by us; see Sources.

Medical team (verified 2026-07)

The team page lists 12 staff, 5 clinical. Person-by-person verification: Dr. Mari Mikadze (gynecologist-reproductologist; 1997 Latvian Medical Academy, claims RAHR and ESHRE membership) has no independently verifiable record — ESHRE, PubMed and Russian-language sources return nothing — and simultaneously serves as head physician of the Vita Nova clinic while also appearing on Universe clinic's WhatClinic roster: one doctor, three clinics, on-site presence uncertain. Embryologist Dr. Nino Chalauri (TSU, Montreal training, claims ESHRE) is likewise official-website-only. Dr. Marina Surmanidze, praised in older patient reviews on the Batumi side, is absent from the current roster but still listed by third-party directories and has concurrently worked at Batumi's Stork IVF clinic since 2016 (storkivf.ge team page). The team's academically strongest figure, Prof. Sofio Khardzeishvili (MD PhD, ResearchGate profile), is shown by her Medconsult-Geo profile as now practicing at the Zhordania clinic — Atlas's listing appears outdated. Net: the roster looks complete but current clinical leads lack any independent credentials and moonlight across competing clinics; transparency (4.5→4) and reputation (3.5→3) scores were lowered accordingly, together with the "temporarily closed" directory flag and polarized reviews.

Multi-platform reputation scan (2026-07, re-checked 2026-07-07)

Key findings from our 2026-07-03 re-verification. Brand identity resolved: AtlasCARE (surrogacygeorgia.com) and "Clinic Atlas" (clinicatlas.com) are the same organization, not namesakes — Clinic Atlas's team page lists Evren Armutcu as Founder & Chairman (the same Evren Armutcu who was AtlasCARE's Medical Director per the archived team page), shared staff include lawyer Tamila Mjavanadze and nurse/manager Inga Iremadze, and Clinic Atlas's own patient comments page carries 2016 testimonials referring to "Atlas Care in Tbilisi". Turkish connection: the group self-describes as "a Turkish and Georgian organization" operating "under the roof of Atlas Clinic", with staff experience across Turkey, Russia, Georgia and North Cyprus; its Turkish-language site atlasivf.com calls it "completely a Turkish organization". However, no licensed Turkish hospital HQ could be verified (surrogacy and gamete donation are illegal in Turkey) — the Turkish element is the founder's nationality and a Turkish/Arabic-market sales network, including sister Cyprus sites (cliniccyprusivf.com). Operating status: surrogacygeorgia.com and partner brand caresurrogacy.com no longer resolve in DNS as of 2026-07-03; the clinic operates via clinicatlas.com / atlasivf.com / georgiaivfclinic.com. Current Tbilisi address: Lubliana 13/Chiaureli 6, 0159; phone +995 593 58 07 07. Dr. Marina Surmanidze, praised in older reviews, is no longer on the current team roster. Reviews: FindBestClinic 3.7/5 (8 reviews) with two harsh Arabic-language 1-star reviews accusing the founder of money-first conduct; ReviewEuro 5.0/5 (5 reviews, 2021-2023), partly overlapping the clinic's own testimonials. No independent Russian-language (otzovik/irecommend) or Chinese-language (Xiaohongshu/Zhihu) user reviews were found. Correction (2026-07-07): the Chinese agency "Fuyuanhui" (geivfcenter.com) does include AtlasCARE in its partner-hospital list — so the clinic is not entirely absent from Chinese agency channels, though promotion intensity is far below SILK/Innova and no genuine Chinese client accounts exist. New signal (2026-07-07): the local directory madloba.info flags AtlasCARE as "temporarily closed" (временно закрыто) while its websites remain live — pending verification, and the first thing to confirm before any engagement. No verifiable international accreditation (JCI/ISO/ESHRE) and no public Georgian company-registry entry were found; personnel-experience claims are inconsistent (15 vs. 30 years).

Verify yourself

  1. Have the contract reviewed by an independent lawyer (not one referred by the provider)
  2. Ask for live-birth rates by age bracket, not a headline “success rate”
  3. Request an itemised fee schedule; confirm currency and refund terms
  4. Confirm ownership, transfer and disposal terms for medical records and embryos
  5. If possible, visit the clinic, lab and ward in person before signing
