- 3.Confirm escrow arrangements, payment milestones and refund terms
- 4.Demand a written fee schedule covering every surcharge trigger
- 5.Confirm the legal chain across surrogate nationality, procedure location and birth location
- 6.Have an independent lawyer (not one referred by the agency) review the contract and parentage path
- 7.Search the provider's name with scandal/fraud keywords in multiple languages
- 8.Ask to speak directly with past clients (beware of screenshot-only testimonials)
