This profile is anchored to the Dnipro clinic at 119-120 Sicheslavska Brigade (Rybinska) St., website ivf-genesis-dnepr.ua, founder Igor Perelygin (per UARM registry entry). Excluded namesakes: LLC "Medical Center Genesis" in Kyiv (company code 39320894, unrelated), a Kyiv veterinary clinic and a Lviv plastic-surgery clinic named Genesis, the separate Kyiv-based "Mother and Child" IVF network (no corporate link; the occasional "Mother and Child Genesis" phrasing in directories is a conflation and is not an official name), and Genesis fertility clinics in San Diego, Vancouver and Athens.
