Corporate facts verified against the Ukrainian state register (2026-07-04): the legal entity PE "Medical Center Intersono" (EDRPOU 31589486) was registered on 2001-10-01 and remains in "registered" status; it is 100% held by LLC Intersono Group (registered 2013), which is in turn 100% held by ABC Medicover Holdings B.V. (Netherlands) — i.e. the clinic is an indirect wholly-owned unit of Medicover AB, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since May 2017. Former medical director Uliana Dorofeyeva (head of donation and surrogacy 2011-2014, medical director 2016-2020) left around 2020 to found the Ovogene egg bank and now serves as medical director of IVF Georgia in Tbilisi — a notable talent outflow from the clinic's international program.
