Multi-platform reputation scan (2026-07)
Corporate facts (new). The operating entity is TOV "ISIDA-IVF" (EDRPOU 21642567), registered 15 Sep 1994 at 65 Vaclava Havela Blvd, Kyiv, share capital UAH 113.9M; director Oksana Tkachenko, disclosed ultimate beneficial owner Ihor Matviiets (YouControl, Opendatabot).
Correction on the 8 July 2024 strike. Early reports attributed 7 deaths to an "ISIDA maternity hospital". Ukrainian media corrections and ISIDA's own statement establish that the damaged unit was the ISIDA Livoberezhna outpatient clinic, and that the fatalities (5 staff, 2 patients; building toll later revised to 9) occurred at the Adonis clinic housed in the same building; ISIDA reported no casualties among its patients and staff (Novynarnia, official statement). The branch reopened on 1 Oct 2024 after repairs.
Operational status 2025–2026. The domestic site (isida.ua) shows 4 of 5 branches operating as of July 2026 (Medmistechko with 24/7 maternity, Obolon, Livoberezhna, Uzhhorod — the latter opened 25 Mar 2022 as a wartime westward expansion); the Pechersk branch is marked "temporarily closed". Fresh patient reviews from Feb–Mar 2025 on Doc.ua (4.9/5, 39 reviews) corroborate ongoing outpatient operations. The international site still advertises surrogacy and egg donation, but shows no 2025–2026 updates, and Bookimed marks the clinic as not accepting new bookings.
Reputation. Ukrainian/Russian platforms: Doc.ua 4.9/5; Medcentre.com.ua 4.6/5 (58 reviews) with recent detailed negatives (Feb 2025: over-testing, pressure toward IVF, indifference after miscarriage) alongside maternity/IVF success stories; a 2021 one-star Otzovik account alleges a misread hCG test and UAH 300K spent over 1.5 years; forum threads (Kidstaff) are polarized — first-try success stories versus cost-inflation complaints and an unverified claim that star doctors left for the Nadiya clinic. English platforms: MedicalTourism.Review 92.81/100 (14 reviews); no independent Reddit/forum accounts found. Chinese platforms: no independent patient posts; an industry translator's exposé (2024) claims ISIDA is the most expensive Ukrainian IVF clinic and "rejected Chinese business", while Chinese intermediaries (incl. wklbbs.com, which lists 105 "ISIDA" egg-donor profiles of unverifiable provenance) simultaneously claim ISIDA channels — contradicting the official site's claim of Chinese-language service; we therefore changed the China-service flags to "unknown".
