Multi-platform reputation scan (2026-07)
Our 2026-07-04 sweep across English, Russian, Chinese and Armenian-language channels found zero independent client reviews of New Life Armenia: no listing on Google Maps, Trustpilot or OVU (whose Armenia directory lists other Yerevan agencies but not this one), no Reddit experience threads, and no trace in Armenian local media, directories or surrogate-recruitment channels — only SEO listicles with unsourced "80% success rate" claims. Technical checks confirmed the official site (surrogacyarmenia.com) has carried no phone number, email or address on any page since at least April 2022 — the only mail link is a literal placeholder — and the domain registrant is located in Tbilisi, Georgia, matching the remote-run pattern of the group's Kyrgyzstan site. No Armenian legal entity matching this brand could be found (the state register e-register.am blocks automated queries; same-named local entities are an unrelated charity and an entertainment centre). Critically, Armenia's July 2024 amendments — which bar Armenian citizens from acting as surrogates for foreign intended parents, so agencies must fly in surrogates from Georgia, Kazakhstan and elsewhere (a model Growing Families explicitly warns about) — are entirely absent from the site's still-outdated Legislation page. Whether this branch actually operates, and under what compliance model, cannot be confirmed; we keep the "caution" flag and have lowered transparency and China-friendliness scores accordingly.
Pre-contract due-diligence checklist
The top half is what we have verified from public signals; the bottom half is what you should verify yourself.
Verified by us (as of last-verified date)
- International accreditation · Caution
None found — ask the provider for original certificates - Price transparency · Caution
Not disclosed — request an itemised quote - Success-rate claims · Not found
Not published; ask for live-birth rates by age - Third-party reputation · Not found
Third-party rating pending - Controversy records · Verified
None known as of last-verified date - Current availability · Caution
Brand affiliation unverified: the official New Life network branch list does not include Armenia; the site has no phone, email, address or named staff (contact links are empty placeholders since 2022), and the domain registrant is located in Tbilisi.
Verify yourself
- Have the contract reviewed by an independent lawyer (not one referred by the provider)
- Ask for live-birth rates by age bracket, not a headline “success rate”
- Request an itemised fee schedule; confirm currency and refund terms
- Confirm ownership, transfer and disposal terms for medical records and embryos
- If possible, visit the clinic, lab and ward in person before signing
