Multi-platform reputation scan (2026-07)

Verified identity anchors: website fertilitycenter.am, legal name "Fertility Center of Armenia" LTD, two premises at Moldovakan St. 41/7 and 41/57 (Nor Nork, Yerevan), director Eduard Martin Hambartsoumian (confirmed by two local directories, Doctors.am and BestOfArmenia), chief physician Tigran Bakhshinyan (since April 2023; previously head of the ART department at Mother and Child Krasnodar, Russia). Note the generic name: this entry must not be confused with other Yerevan clinics (Vitromed, RCMC, Astghik, GGRC Armenia) or the many "Fertility Center" brands worldwide; the formerly associated domain ivf.am is now a parked for-sale page.

English platforms: Google reviews mirrored on OVU are sharply polarized — detailed complaints (June 2025) about months-long state IVF-subsidy paperwork delays, hours of waiting, unreachable doctors and unsigned post-procedure reports, plus an August 2024 complaint from a US client alleging the quoted price doubled once her nationality became known; against these, named positive reviews praise Dr. Anush Abrahamyan and Dr. Bella Seyranovna. FindBestClinic holds at 4.7 (316 reviews). No independent Reddit threads or Trustpilot page found. Russian platforms: no independent reviews on Otzovik/iRecommend; on YDoc the clinic branch page has zero reviews, while chief physician Bakhshinyan's personal page scores 4.5 from 32 reviews, most of which date from his pre-2023 practice in Krasnodar (YDoc). Chinese platforms: no independent user accounts on Xiaohongshu or Zhihu; the clinic appears only in Chinese agency marketing content.

Key finding: the Yerevan office address published by Georgian surrogacy agency Stork Service is identical to this clinic's address (Moldovakan St. 41/7), and Stork lists Dr. Bakhshinyan — this clinic's chief physician — as its Armenian medical lead (Stork contact page, Stork team profile). Neither party publicly discloses the relationship; our cross-verification suggests Stork's Armenia programs are most likely executed at this clinic. Clients going through Stork should request written confirmation of the executing clinic.
