Gagua Clinic is a private maternity hospital in Tbilisi (6a Javakhishvili St, second campus at 40 Vazha-Pshavela Ave) whose official site lists a dedicated Reproductology (IVF) department alongside obstetrics, a NICU and a high-risk pregnancy unit. Chinese-language channels market it as "Georgia's first private maternity hospital (1997)" with German KTQ certification — the certification could not be verified in KTQ's public registry.
ART capability is the profile's key open question.
