Innova In Vitro — Tbilisi. Specialties: IVF, PGT, Surrogacy. Independent ratings and reputation have not yet been verified by us; see Sources.

Multi-platform reputation scan (2026-07)

Entity and brand verified (2026-07-03): the clinic operates as LLC Innova In Vitro (Georgian ID 405151589), a reproductive unit opened in July 2016 inside the multidisciplinary Innova hospital (opened Oct 2015, 6 Z. Anjaparidze II turn, Saburtalo), which the Vivo Medical Group website lists among its clinics. The "IVI" link is a service/accreditation contract with IVI Valencia (Spain), which per founder Ketevan Osidze's press interviews provided accreditation and ran the embryology lab — Innova is not listed as an IVIRMA network location (pending verification; the official IVIRMA locations page could not be accessed). Founding embryology lab director Jordan Garcia (ex-IVI Sevilla) left around 2020–2021 and now heads embryology at Gagua Clinic; WhatClinic still lists him — outdated. The clinic is distinct from the similarly named In Vitro/LeaderMed clinic (Khonelidze, 21 Bokhua St) and from Invitro Life, both also in Tbilisi. Surrogacy programs are operated with the agency ARTbaby Surrogacy Centre Georgia (ART healthcare Georgia LTD), whose Medical Director is Dr Osidze herself (dual role worth noting contractually); directory prices via ARTbaby: own-egg IVF from US$7,800, donor-egg IVF from US$16,500. Reputation footprint remains thin: WhatClinic ServiceScore 6.6/10 (20 interactions, no review texts); Yandex Maps 4.5/5 (20 ratings, 5 reviews) but for the co-located general Innova hospital, not the IVF unit; no Trustpilot/Google entries, no independent patient threads found on Reddit, Russian review platforms (Otzovik/2GIS) or Chinese platforms (Xiaohongshu/Zhihu) — Chinese-language coverage consists solely of agency promo pages whose claims ("founded 2013", "part of the IVI group", "JCI accredited", "65–70% success") contradict official facts. No scandals, lawsuits or regulatory actions found; the March 2025 Georgia Today industry investigation did not name this clinic.

Medical team (2026-07 verification)

The team page lists ~21 medical staff (16 doctors + 5 embryologists) with names and photos only — zero CVs. Head Dr. Ketevan Osidze: TSMU graduate, self-reported 18 years and 20+ publications; independently, PubMed yields only 3 papers, all in the local journal Georgian Medical News (e.g. PMID 20090150), plus a speaker slot at the 2025 World Congress on Human Reproduction in Tbilisi; her ESHRE membership is self-reported only. She is the hub of a cross-agency listing network — simultaneously Medical Director of the agency ARTbaby and named as partner doctor by SurMom, Happy Family and other directories (≥4 entities; actual clinical allocation unverifiable). Embryologist Antonio Cejudo Roman (PhD Valencia 2017, IVIRMA official investigator page, Int J Mol Sci 2021) has the strongest academic record on the roster but his primary post is IVI Málaga — his on-site presence at Innova is undisclosed and likely advisory. Dr. Teona Tibua is independently listed on doctors.ge. A "Ketevan Tabutsadze" appears on both the Innova and IVF Georgia team pages (identity unresolved, pending verification). The remaining 13+ names have no independent record. Newly recorded (2026-07-07): the largest independent rating sample for the hospital is Google-sourced 3.80/5 (167 reviews, whole hospital); and a dedicated Chinese-language funnel exists — agency "UBZ RBG" operates the domain innova.org.cn trading on the clinic's name, and the egg-donor marketplace wklbbs.com runs an "Innova" donor category; the clinic's authorization of these channels is unknown.
