All findings below were verified against this specific agency (Lubliana St, Tbilisi; stork-service.com; +995 599 078480). Excluded namesakes: Stork IVF Batumi (storkivf.ge), Flying Stork Surrogacy (California), Stork Baby Surrogacy (California), OFG & Stork Surrogacy International (North America), and Stork Fertility Center (Taiwan), which dominates Chinese-language "Stork IVF" search results.

English platforms: no independent Reddit threads or Trustpilot page found; one intended-parent question about the agency exists in the public Facebook group "Surrogacy in Armenia" (comments not accessible). Its "medical team" page aggregates doctors from four partner systems: (A) GGRC Tbilisi — Stork's own page states it operates "under the same umbrella" as GGRC, whose founder Nino Museridze is listed as Stork's medical director, plus four more GGRC staff incl. embryology head Sergey Sergeev; (B) LeaderMed/In Vitro — Natalia Khonelidze (independently verified via a 2024 ESHRE oral presentation) and Ketevan Kantaria; (C) the Zhordania system — Nana Janelidze-Kurashvili (who also appears at ReproART, a triple affiliation); (D) Fertility Center of Armenia — incl. Eduard Hambartsoumian, the strongest academic CV on the roster (Armenian NIH human-reproduction chair, ex-Paris V/Boston). Its Russian site separately lists Innova/Zhordania/Chachava/GGRC as partner clinics.
