Multi-platform reputation scan (2026-07)
Key finding: the official website domain vitanova.com.ge is dead as of 2026-07-03 — no DNS records resolve and the .ge registry whois returns "No match" (the domain appears to have lapsed). The last working Wayback Machine snapshot dates to 2024-10-05. Madloba currently flags the listing as "Closed" (possibly just an opening-hours indicator). Whether the clinic still operates is unconfirmed — verify by phone/WhatsApp (+995 511 10 28 95) or social media before engaging.
English platforms: no independent Reddit/forum discussions or Trustpilot page found; Top-Rated.Online still shows 4.80/5 (23 Google reviews) and Madloba 5.0/5 (9 reviews, all positive, small sample). Russian platforms (otzovik, irecommend, Yandex Maps, 2GIS): no independent reviews found. Chinese platforms: no independent user posts on Xiaohongshu/Zhihu — only agency promotional pages (jmbon, Spread/思普乐, geoivf and similar), one of which lists a Russian phone number differing from the clinic's official Georgian line.
The archived 2024 website named two doctors (Mari Mikadze, Nino Chalauri), used a free Gmail contact address, offered a "Guaranteed success package" and an HIV package with "birth guarantee", and listed "attempts with mitochondrial replacement" as a package inclusion — an aggressive claim, as MRT is prohibited or tightly restricted in most countries. Name disambiguation: this profile is anchored to vitanova.com.ge / Lubliana St 2/6 / +995 511 10 28 95; the Vita Nova Clinic in Kaliningrad (Russia), the St. Petersburg surrogacy centre "Vita" that dominates Russian-language "Vita Nova отзывы" search results, Trustpilot's vitanova.dk (Copenhagen) and vitanova.co.uk, La Vita Nova (Kharkiv, Ukraine), and Tbilisi's Vita Invitro Clinic are all unrelated same-name entities — do not carry their reviews over.
Medical team audit (2026-07-07)
Only one named clinician could be located for the entire operation: head doctor Mari Mikadze. Her credentials (Latvia Medical Academy 1997, candidate of medical sciences, Moscow/Hadassah training, self-claimed RAHR and ESHRE membership) exist solely as official-site self-description — no independent record was found in ESHRE registries, PubMed or Russian-language sources. She is a "one person, three clinics" case: head of Vita Nova, listed on Clinic Atlas's doctor page, and named as Universe clinic staff by WhatClinic (cross-listing or platform error); all three operations sit around the same Lubliana street block (see Universe). Both doctors from the archived Vita Nova site (Mikadze and embryologist Nino Chalauri) now appear on AtlasCARE's roster — consistent with the dead domain and suggesting staff migration (pending verification). Scoring note (2026-07-07): reputation lowered 5→3.5 and transparency 2.5→2 — the high platform scores rest on tiny, uniform, likely solicited samples concentrated on a single doctor, and there is no longer any official channel against which to verify claims.
