Registry facts (verified via the Armenian state register of legal entities): the branch operates as "GGRC ARMENIA" CJSC, registered 2023-08-28 (reg. no. 286.120.1338423, TIN 02896563) at Abovyan 56, Yerevan — the same address as the long-established Beglaryan Medical Center (founded 1931). Beneficial-owner filings list Giorgi Archvadze (Georgia, 25%), Nino Museridze (Georgia, 25%) and Armine Harutyunyan (Armenia, initially 50%); since 2025-08 a fourth owner, Areg Beglaryan (Armenia, 25%), was added and declared as exercising day-to-day management (e-register.am). A sister entity, GGRC INTERNATIONAL LLC, was registered in Yerevan one day later (relationship unverified). The branch launched its own website ggrcarmenia.com in August 2025 (Armenian/English/Russian, no Chinese), styling itself an "international Armenian-Georgian-German reproductive medicine center" and expanding GGRC as "Global Reproductive Center" — a different reading than the Tbilisi HQ's "Georgian-German Reproductive Center". Its team page names only founder Nino Museridze; no local physicians are listed.
